• List ELECTIVE and ALTERNATIVE classes in order of importance
• Write in PENCIL.
• Check pre-requisites in the Course Description Guide.
• An asterisk (*) means teacher signature needed...no exceptions!
• Forms are due in Guidance on Friday.
• Juniors and Seniors, write the off-site period(s) you want on the form.
• Juniors and Seniors - Wendy Herman and Emily Ochesky will sign for the following classes:
• Internship
  
• Coop Work Exp
• Cadet Teaching
• Elementary Aide
• Counselors will meet with students individually to review their transcript and forecasting form-be patient.
