Responsibilities of Business Services include, budget, audit, financial reporting, bookkeeping, cash and investments, debt administration, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, employee benefits and procurement for the District. The Business Services department is managed by the District's Chief Financial Officer, Doug Holmes, who also oversees the operation of the Nutrition Services department.
Business Services is open weekdays 7:30 am to 4:00 pm except for District holidays. To receive our best customer service, we encourage you to contact the appropriate team member by email, by phone, or by appointment.

Employee Access Center
The Employee Access Center (EAC) is the secure website connection to personal information in the District's financial management system which is managed by Business Services and Human Resources for payroll, personnel and reporting purposes. The EAC is the point of access to monthly payroll voucher or payroll check stubs and annual IRS W-2 forms.
