Bookshare is a free service for any student that has a print disability. Print Disabilities include visual impairments, physical disabilities that prevent a student from handling a book, specific learning disabilities such as dyslexia, and general reading deficits. Bookshare has access to 100,000 books, including textbooks.

Teachers can select qualified students and create accounts for them. With an organizational account, the teacher is responsible for assigning the books to the student. A qualified student can apply for an individual membership with their parent's permission and then select and download books on their own.
