• Thanks for visiting my web page!  The Student Achievement Specialist position at HRVHS is based within the Counseling Department and focuses on collaboratively improving school-wide systems by improving instruction for all students and designing and implementing systems of support for students not on-track for graduation.  This program is a continuation of Response To Instruction and Intervention (RTIi)  that is currently implemented in grades K-8 in HRCSD.  The high school program is called Early Warning Systems.  


    My other task is to lead and coordinate the 504 Program for HRVHS.  Students may qualify for an accommodation/modification plan under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.   Our school actively investigates students who may be experiencing a disability by regularly assessing student academic progress.
