    PLEASE READ THIS FIRST BEFORE CONTINUING: Our district subscribes to TalentEd/Recruit&Hire, an electronic application system. When applying for one of the posted vacancies your application should reflect the information contained in your resume as well as other information requested by the application form. The application form must be as complete as possible, as our district screens applications based on criteria contained in the electronic application form.

    Failure to complete the application may inadvertently eliminate you from consideration.

    ON-LINE APPLICATION FOR LICENSED APPLICANTS: 
    All applicants for advertised Licensed vacancies must submit an electronic application.  Our district subscribes to the Private Label service through TalentEd-Recruit&Hire, so there is no application fee or charge to attach your documents to your electronic application when you follow the procedures outlined on the website. 
     
     Supplemental materials may consist of the following:
    1. Current resume.
    2. Copy of your teaching license (Oregon or other state).
    3. Unofficial copy of grade transcripts (official transcripts are required, if hired).
    4. Three (3) recent letters of reference.
    5. Answers to supplemental questionnaire, if included in job posting.
       
      Please note:  For initial salary placement purposes, a maximum of 7 years of prior experience will be credited for licensed positions. 

    LICENSING AGENCY FOR TEACHERS IN OREGON:
    Teachers in Oregon, including substitute teachers, must possess a current Oregon Teaching License.  For licensing information, please contact:

    If you are interested in teaching in Oregon, you should begin the application process through TSPC.  If hired for a licensed vacancy, a delay in receiving your license will affect your ability to work in our district, and you may incur additional costs through TSPC.  If you have questions about this process, please contact TSPC or contact our Human Resources Office at 541/387-5016.  
     

    APPLICATION PROCESS FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS (Para-professionals, Instructional Assistants, Clerical)

    We only accept applications WHEN WE HAVE A POSTED VACANCY.  Applications for most positions must be submitted electronically through TalentEd/Recruit&Hire.  All areas of the application must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be considered. It is important that your application clearly indicate that you meet the minimum qualifications for the position.  Include enough relevant training and experience to demonstrate that you possess the minimum qualifications for each position you are applying for. 

    Pay careful attention to the supplemental documents that are required for each position you apply for. 
     
    Applicants can complete the electronic application on any computer with internet access. You may also visit any public library to use a computer, or call the HRCSD at 541/387-5012 to schedule a time to use our public access computer to complete your electronic application.

    Completed TalentEd/Recruit&Hire applications, along with any required supporting documents, must be submitted by the closing date listed on the job announcement.

    Custodial, Food Service and Bus Driver Applicants should submit a HRCSD Classified paper application, not an electronic application.  Note:  All areas of the Classified Application form must be completed.
     
    Incomplete applications will not be considered. It is important that your application clearly indicate that you meet the minimum qualifications for the position for which you are applying.  Include enough relevant training and experience to demonstrate that you possess the minimum qualifications for each position.   Completed applications need to be received in the District Human Resource Office by the closing deadline to be considered.
