Employee Access Center
The Employee Access Center (EAC) is the secure website connection to personal information in the eFinancePlus system which is used by Business Services and Human Resources for payroll, personnel and reporting purposes. The EAC is the point of access to monthly payroll voucher or payroll check stubs and annual IRS W-2 forms. The Employee Access Center is available to all employees of Hood River County School District.

*Licensed employees receive two payments on their last work day in June (June and July pay). Any adjustments and additional pay will be paid on June 30.
**School year classified employees receive 17-18 summer pay on July 20, 2018 and August 20, 2018.
***Timesheets for 10-month classified employees are due on their final workday in June. Other specific due dates and instructions for June timesheets will be sent to employees in May.
The District encourages all employees to establish direct deposit of their monthly pay to their bank account. (You may be required to establish direct deposit as part of your employee group's collective bargaining agreement.) Benefits to you include immediate access to your pay on pay day and many financial institutions offer incentives for having a direct deposit to your account. Complete and return the Direct Deposit Authorization Form (PDF) to the Business Services Department.

Log in to myModa to view benefits and claims, to view/download/print/request an ID card and to access tools and services and other health resources. Group Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Plan
Administered by IntegraFlex on behalf of the District, the Group Health Reimbursement Account is available to licensed employees and administrators who choose MODA Plan G Dogwood Medical Plan. Select the IntegraFlex secure site link below for the District's HRA Summary Plan Description and HRA Benefit Summary as well as other important information about how the plan works. The HRA Benefit Summary includes plan information and how to submit claims.

Individual Health Reimbursement Account (HRA VEBA) Plan
The HRA VEBA is an individual health reimbursement arrangement account available to classified and confidential employee groups and to benefits-eligible employees who opt out of the District's medical plan. Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services through Reliant Behavioral Health (RBH) include counseling, 24-hour crisis support, work-life resources that can help you solve problems and balance your life. As an OEBB member, there is no cost to you or your family members for using EAP services. To access services, you may call 1-866-750-1327 or go online to www.MyRBH.com (Access Code: OEBB).
Flexible Spending Account
As part of the employee benefit package, the District offers a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through Plus Point Services, which can help you offset the cost of medical and child care. The open enrollment period is August 15 through September 1 of each year. New employees may enroll upon hire.

As a benefit to its employees, Hood River County School District sponsors a supplemental, tax-advantaged, retirement savings program authorized by Section 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code.
