ParentSquare is Hood River County School District's primary tool for communicating electronically with parents, guardians, and the broader community. Please access information, tutorials, resources, and answers to frequently asked questions on this ParentSquare webpage.
Register for ParentSquare
Registering for ParentSquare gives parents and guardians the ability to customize how they receive information from the school and our district. We highly recommend that parents and guardians register their ParentSquare account and update their settings to reflect their preferred method of communication.
Download the ParentSquare app
Free iOS or Android mobile app or desktop version at www.parentsquare.com. You can combine multiple accounts in ParentSquare. If you are a staff member and a parent in HRCSD or other districts, connect your staff account with your parent account to access both with one login. All emails and phone numbers remain associated with each other. Staff must sign in with their school district account's email or phone number.
Update your settings and preferred language and communication methods
Once registered, families can edit their ParentSquare account to update their preferences for language, communication method (e.g., email, text), and frequency of information (instant or digest). Parents and guardians who do not register their ParentSquare account will continue to receive information through email. Learn more through the ParentSquare website.
