Welcome to my home page! The pandemic has definitely affected our program! That said, artists need to perform, and I need to create. We will find projects that will work for everyone.

Some dates to look forward to-
Fall Production - We will be doing the hilarious comedy Puffs by Matt Cox.
Performance dates will be October 29,30,31, November 5,6.
Auditions will be September 13th right after school. Cold readings and prepared monologues (for those who are ready).
Rehearsals will begin September 14th  and run Monday- Thursday 3:15 - 5:15 and some Saturdays and holidays.

Spring Production - We will be performing the incredible musical, The Theory of Relativity.
We pushed the musical back to the spring time in order to, hopefully, allow for full audiences to enjoy this wonderfull show.
Performance dates will be February 25,26,27, March 4,5,6,11,12.
Auditions will be as follows (all audtioners must audition for vocal, acting and dance - you do not need to be a "singer" or a "dancer").
Dance auditions (required for all) November 8,9 3:15-5:15
Vocal/Acting (required for all) November 15,16,17,18
Dance auditions are cattle calls and you just need to sign up for a day.
Vocal/Acting auditions are by date/time. You sign up for a specific time on that day (10 minute slots) only - 3:30 - 6pm.
Student Directed One Acts Festival - December 1,2.
Due to the Delta variant surge in our community I anticipate these will be filmed and offered on a streaming platform.
    Phoenix Repertory Theatre
Phoenix Rep will be creating new performance pieces as well as reviving past audience favorites. I anticipate filmed shows that will be streamed on the Performing Arts Youtube channel.
The high school has moved to a trimester schedule. In order to provide the best possible education in Theatre I have done a massive overhaul of the program. I spent the summer exploring and learning how to teach the styles of theatre currently making a statement in the performing arts world and I am really excited!
