    HelpDesk system is here to support all district staff with technology.
     
    District technology staff are here to help and have created an easy system to request technology support through email, web or phone. 
     
    Our goal is to improve efficiencies, reduce response times and assist you with your technology needs for education. 

    Easy Access Options

    • Send an email with a subject and a brief description of your service request to hrcsd.helpdesk@hoodriver.k12.or.us.
    • Call 541-387-5724 or district  ext. 5724.  Live support will be available Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.

    2020 Technology Question and Answer Sessions 

    Do you need technology support? The HRCSD Technology HelpDesk may be reached at hrcsd.helpdesk@hoodriver.k12.or.us / (541) 387-5724 between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday. Technology support staff speak English and Spanish.

    HRCSD Technology Department staff will host bilingual question and answer sessions during the week of September 14 and September 21 via Google Meet. Please refer to the schedule below for more information. Resources in the Distance Learning Toolkit are available for review prior to the sessions.
