    HelpDesk system is here to support all district staff with technology.
    District technology staff are here to help and have created an easy system to request technology support through email, web or phone. 
    Our goal is to improve efficiencies, reduce response times and assist you with your technology needs for education. 

    Easy Access Options

    • Send an email with a subject and a brief description of your service request to hrcsd.helpdesk@hoodriver.k12.or.us.
    • Create a support request at webhelpdesk.hoodriver.k12.or.us.  Use your email address and  your computer login password.
    • Call 541-387-5724 or district  ext. 5724.  Live support will be available Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. 
    • The progress on all tickets  submitted by phone, email or via the web can be checked by logging in to webhelpdesk.hoodriver.k12.or.us.
