Financial Reporting
In the spirit of transparency and full disclosure, each year the Business Services Department produces a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30. A Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is a set of financial reports produced by local governments, states and other entities to comply with the reporting rules set by the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB). An independent auditor audits the CAFR using GASB standards prior to its publication. The CAFR includes the auditor’s reports on the financial statements, reports required for federal grant compliance and reports required by Oregon State regulations.
